Permit to work · industrial software

Keep your finger on the pulse of what's happening on your factory floor

Site Pulse is a digital permit-to-work platform for industrial sites.

It takes the full permit chain — request, risk review, LOTO, authorization, activation and closure — off paper and into one system, so every role knows what to do and when. Approvals move faster, every active permit is visible in real time, and each closed permit becomes structured data: an audit trail that holds up to inspection, plus insight into frequency, contractor details, duration and type of work performed in your facility.

One permit, three screens

One role based source of truth.

What the requestor submits, the contractor sees right away. What HSE approves, the control room sees on the board. As work progresses and statuses change, everybody stays up to speed.

The control room

The wall screen for work in your factory.

A wall-mounted dashboard with every active permit, every isolation and every blocker. Live. The ops team knows within seconds whether work can safely continue.

Live floor plan. Zones with work on them light up.

SAFETY THROUGH PARTICIPATION

Anyone can take part.

Safety is everyone's responsibility. You pay per plant, not per person, so everyone can take ownership of a safe working environment.

TRACEABILITY

Who worked on which machine, when.

Permits live at machine level. Look up at any moment who worked on what, when, and with which isolations in place. No more digging through binders.

  • Permits at machine level
  • Fully traceable. Who, what, when.
The process

From request to close-out, in one flow.

Six steps, six roles. Each step hands off to the next automatically, and every handover is logged for audit.

What if…

What does Site Pulse do when reality gets messy?

A digital system that only works on a good day does not work on a production floor.

…there is no network coverage on the floor

Site Pulse is hosted in the EU region (Frankfurt), and the floor interface falls back between wifi and the mobile network if one drops. If connectivity is lost entirely, an authorised permit can be printed so work that is already cleared keeps moving; the signed digital record stays the source of truth.

…the HSE manager is out sick

Role-based delegation. A backup HSE officer is always named. If the primary does not respond within the agreed window, the request routes to the second name automatically.

…a contractor does not have an account

Magic link. The contractor signs without making an account, and the action stays fully traceable and linked to the permit.

…an operator is wearing gloves

Mobile-first. Big buttons, little text entry. Built for gloves, noise and hurry, not for an office desk.
