Frequently asked
What about multiple plants?
Each plant is its own site with its own price. Discount for multiple sites and for multi-year contracts; ask for a quote. Data is kept separate per plant, but group-level reporting is available for parent organisations.
What's in the one-time setup fee?
Setting up your floor plan, segmentation of isolation points, configuration of roles and certificates, training sessions for HSE, requestors and operators. One-time, per plant. Lead time around six weeks.
What if we want to stop after a year?
No annual commitment required. Cancel per quarter. On cancellation we export your data (permits, LOTO procedures, audit trails) in an open format. You keep ownership.
Is LOTO included or extra?
Included. LOTO procedures, isolation points and lock placement are part of the product, not an add-on.
What about integrations with SAP or Maximo?
Optional. We sync work orders via API. Not required for the pilot. Implementation time depends on your IT landscape and is quoted separately.
Who can see our data?
You. Site Pulse engineers access your data only for support, with explicit permission and a full audit trail. Hosting is in the EU (Frankfurt). GDPR-compliant.
